Mr. Lewis joined Charlotte Surgical Group in 2000. He is a native of Middletown, Ohio. Mr. Lewis was inspired to become a Physician Assistant after spending time with the Physician Assistants in the Navy.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado and then attended the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Washington in Seattle. Mr. Lewis is Board Certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. He has over 10 years of experience in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery and he has spent the last 8 years providing trauma and general surgery care to the community. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County Medical Society.
In his spare time, Mr. Lewis enjoys the outdoors and activities such as kayaking and softball. He has traveled extensively throughout the world.
